19-piece hand-drafted pattern originally by Vogue, 'Fitted jacket blouse has flared peplum cut in one with center front and center back sections.  Double-breasted closing below neck-line and shaped collar.  Godet pleat below center back seam.  Long fitted or short sleeves with cuffs and four-piece skirt'.  A slight 'New Look' appearance in this design!  

5/8" seams are given.

Size 18 fits 36" bust, 30" waist, 39" hip.
